Terms of Service

1. General provisions

The service provider and owner of the chmielewski.studio website (the “Site") is Chmielewscy Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Olsztyn (10-691), ul. Edwarda Mroza 23a/43, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 7393907337 (the “Provider").

These terms govern the provision of services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means. By using the Site, you accept these terms.

2. Types and scope of services

Through the Site the Provider supplies, free of charge, the following services by electronic means:

• browsing the Site content (information about the business and the offer);
• booking a free online consultation (about 30 minutes) via the booking form;
• contacting the Provider by e-mail;
• access to individual, password-protected offers made available to the user.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Site you need: a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled and — for bookings and confirmations — an active e-mail address. The online consultation takes place via Google Meet (a compatible browser is required).

You must not provide unlawful content or use the Site in a way that disrupts its operation.

4. Consultation booking

• The consultation is free of charge and lasts about 30 minutes; it takes place remotely via Google Meet.
• Booking consists of choosing an available slot and providing your name, e-mail address and (optionally) the topic, as well as consenting to the processing of data in order to arrange the meeting.
• After booking you receive a confirmation e-mail with the meeting link. The service agreement is concluded once the booking is confirmed.
• You can cancel the booking at any time using the link in the confirmation e-mail, at no cost.
• The Provider may cancel or propose another time for the consultation and will inform you by e-mail.
• The consultation is informational and does not constitute binding legal, tax or investment advice.

5. Intellectual property

The Site content (texts, graphics, layout, marks) is protected by the Provider’s copyright or used under appropriate rights. Copying or distribution without the Provider’s consent is not allowed, except for permitted use under applicable law.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the services may be submitted by e-mail to kuba@chmielewski.studio. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and informs you of the outcome by the same channel.

7. Resignation and withdrawal

Using the services is voluntary. You can resign from the booking service at any time by cancelling the booking (section 4). A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; given the free nature of the services, resignation involves no costs.

8. Liability

The Provider makes efforts to keep the Site working correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserves the right to technical breaks. Information on the Site is general and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. The Provider’s liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law; this does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded towards consumers.

9. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, and the cookies and browser storage used in our cookie policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the European Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Disputes are resolved by the competent court under applicable law.

11. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons (changes in law, scope of services, technical reasons); changes are published on the Site with the date of update. The current version is always available at this address.
